Bilingual Housekeeping PM Supervisor (Nashville, TN)
More Information & ApplyWe’re hiring a Bilingual Housekeeping PM Supervisor who will help lead the daily housekeeping operation at a hotel property in Nashville. You will support by training team members, checking quality, and making sure productivity goals are met.
Work Schedule: from 2 PM to 11 PM; will work weekends
Responsibilities
- Help manage daily housekeeping and staffing operations of 15 Team Members per shift
- Make sure team members are trained and follow hotel procedures
- Check rooms, public areas, laundry, and lobby for quality
- Help improve productivity and performance
- Ensure team members work safely
- Support hotel leadership and assist with service issues
- Welcome and help orient new team members
- Communicate staffing needs or concerns to leadership
- Step in and help cover work areas when needed
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- Open and/or close work areas as needed
- Assign daily work boards and adjust workloads
- Complete daily reports and submit required information
- Respond to team member requests and service needs on time
- Help with team appreciation and retention activities
- Keep employee files and inspection paperwork organized
- Address team member concerns and report issues when needed
- Coach and train team members every day
- Support team members to meet quality and productivity goals
What You'll Bring
- Bilingual intermediate skills (English & Spanish)
- 1+ year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector - a must!
- Knowledge of Property Operating System - a must!
- Schedule flexibility to work weekends and PM shift from 2 PM to 11 PM
- Possess reliable transportation
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Previous experience working independently and making informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle conversations with guests, team members and hotel leaders professionally
