Picker/Packer

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a reliable and bilingual Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will prepare customer orders for shipment by picking items, inspecting them for quality, and packaging them securely. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders based on work orders, invoices
Inspect products for damage, defects, or missing components
Package items using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, foam, boxes, pallets)
Label shipments with accurate shipping information
Weigh and measure packages to ensure correct freight charges
Maintain a clean work area and follow safety guidelines

Qualifications

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong time‑management and organization
Experience with RF scanners is a plus

Work Environment

Fast‑paced warehouse or fulfillment center
Repetitive lifting, bending, and standing
Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility type
