Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
We are looking for a dependable, detail-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) with dispatch experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and comfort working with web-based platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, enter, and process customer orders accurately
Submit, organize, and maintain all required paperwork
Contact clients to schedule deliveries and confirm appointment times
Separate and prepare paperwork by delivery route
Print and distribute delivery documentation
Handle inbound calls and schedule appointments
Verify completed deliveries with customers
Coordinate daily with multiple dispatching companies
Support customer retention through professional, consistent service
Preferred Program Knowledge
Experience with the following systems is a plus:
