Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently hiring Production Workers for a growing facility in the Waxahachie, TX area. This is a great opportunity to join a team-focused environment with the potential to transition into a permanent role!

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM $16.00 hrly

Position Details

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity (Eligible for permanent hire after 90 days)
Non-climate controlled environment

Job Responsibilities

Work on a production line in a fast-paced environment
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Assemble and build boxes
Label, pack, and stack products onto pallets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Lift materials up to 50 lbs or more

Qualifications

Must be reliable with own transportation
Ability to follow a strict attendance policy
Warehouse or production experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled facility
Must speak English

Requirements

Must wear steel toe, composite toe, or aluminum toe boots
Must pass a background check and E-Verify
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs or more.
Must be able to communicate, read and write English.
At least 2 years in a Inspector/Packer manufacturing setting
