Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist – Elementary School

We're eager to welcome a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Aurora, IL for the 2025-2026 school year, where you will play a pivotal role in helping elementary school students build essential communication skills.
Role Overview:
In this position, you’ll be working directly with elementary school students to support their speech and language development. Whether you're working with students who have speech-only needs or those requiring more intensive interventions, your efforts will have a lasting impact on their academic and social success. The school is dedicated to creating an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere, and you'll be joining a team of professionals who value teamwork, communication, and a student-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time position: 35 hours per week
Onsite role (no virtual or hybrid options)
Participate in orientation beginning August 4th, 2025
Provide therapy and support to a diverse caseload of elementary students
Complete evaluations, create individualized therapy plans, and assist with IEP development
Collaborate closely with the educational team and other support staff
Maintain your own therapy space for planning and student sessions
Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Illinois IDFPR License for Speech-Language Pathology
