Cardinal Staffing Services has an upcoming opportunity in Findlay, OH for Warehouse Sorters. As a Warehouse Sorters for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

Sorting Product
Quality Assurance
Inventory Control

No experience is necessary! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.50/hour with room to grow) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shift - 1st shift (7AM to 3:30PM) Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Sorter:

Count/weigh incoming product
Remove product from packaging
Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment
Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Sorter:

Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
