🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Monitor employee attendance and performance; deliver coaching or corrective action when necessary
Partner with clients to assess and plan for current and future staffing needs
Conduct on-site visits with clients as needed
Accurately document applicant and client data in our system
Lead new hire orientations and training sessions

Professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity are a must
Excellent communicator with strong time-management and problem-solving skills

✅ Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable administering and reading in-office drug screens
