What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and manage employee data within the HRIS, with a focus on accuracy, system performance, and timely updates using ADP
- Oversee and support benefit programs, proactively resolving integration issues between payroll and benefits
- Assist with payroll operations and ensure compensation practices are competitive, consistent, and aligned with internal policies
- Analyze compensation data and contribute to the development of effective total rewards strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with ADP systems, especially in payroll and benefits functions
- Strong background in benefits administration and how it intersects with payroll
- Understanding of compensation analysis and total rewards principles
- Ability to work collaboratively across HR and finance functions to improve systems and processes
