Track Press- Equip. Manufacturer-Day Shift $20/hr!

Reno Staffing is looking for a Track Assembler for a Heavy Equipment Manufacturer in the Reno area!

This is a great temp to hire position for anyone wanting to work in a small warehouse environment where you can work independently and have a great reliable team!

Shift: Mon- Fri 7am-4pm with a 1 hr lunch.
Pay: $20.00/hr
Location: Reno, NV. 89502

Summary:

Reporting to the Depot Supervisor and charged with the main duties of a Track Group Assembler to assemble undercarriage components. Operate track assembly conveyor installing new grousers on new track chains.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Utilize forklift to stage undercarriage components.
•   Assemble components, inspect parts, and check for defects.
•   Clean & grind shoes and rails
•   Place shoes on rails and install hardware
•   Utilize air impact wrench to tighten hardware to proper torques.
•   Operate electric impact wrench to complete torque strategy.
•   Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety polices.
•   Demonstrated technical skill competence.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear.

The employee continuously required to stand, use hands, fingers, walk, stand, push, pull, grasp, and manipulate objects; reach with hands and arms in repetitive motion, lifting heavy parts. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move over 50 pounds and bend.

Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold.

Qualifications:

Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.

Ability to maintain consistent attendance.

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

A resume with relevant experience and an interview with the client will be required to be considered for this position. A Drug test will be required after interview. Will be tested for THC.
