Sunday – Wednesday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Overview

Allegiance Staffing is hiring Warehouse Cleaners for a global distribution facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This role is essential to keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, break rooms, restrooms, and workspaces
Collect and remove cardboard and debris from the floor using pallet jacks and conveyor systems
Support recycling and waste disposal efforts
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout assigned areas

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse, distribution, or janitorial environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance
Must pass background check and drug screen
Composite toe shoes required
Must be able to work overnight shifts reliably
