Deburring Technician

Join a trusted manufacturing company as a deburring / parts finishing technician in Lexington, MN! We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform finishing and inspection work on precision parts. Location: Lexington, MN 55014

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duties of the deburring / parts finishing technician:

Perform inspection and deburring of manufactured products
Blend and remove sharp edges from aluminum, steel, plastic, and copper components
Utilize hand tools such as knives, blades, files, drills, and abrasives
Operate tumbling equipment, bead blasters, and part marking tools
Plug and unplug parts as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality system procedures

Requirements of the deburring / parts finishing technician:

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
Comfortable using a variety of hand tools
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work within ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
