Concrete Laborer / Finisher

We’re seeking hard-working and dependable individuals to join a growing construction team as concrete laborers / finishers! In this role, you’ll help with setting up, pouring, and finishing concrete projects. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re ready to work outdoors and learn valuable skills, this could be the job for you!

Location: Clear Lake, MN

Wage: $20 – $30/hr, depending on experience

Hours: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

Duties of the concrete laborer / finisher:

Set up forms and prepare work areas
Assist with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
Use hand tools to smooth and finish surfaces
Clean tools and maintain the job site
Follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comply with all safety procedures and wear required gear

Requirements of the concrete laborer / finisher:

Construction or concrete experience is a plus – willing to train the right candidate
Able to lift heavy materials and be on your feet all day
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
