Position Purpose:
A global manufacturer of cooling solutions is searching for a highly motivated, full-cycle direct labor recruiter as we scale up our manufacturing talent and continue our growth. The recruiter will partner directly with operational leaders in Dayton, Tennessee and Jessup, Maryland, including front line leaders, HR, and the Talent Acquisition team to hire the best talent in key manufacturing positions. Key Responsibilities:
- Run a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on our direct labor vacancies, focusing on a large scale hiring effort
- Work with the HR team members and the business to develop and implement hiring strategies
- Manage hiring manager expectations, be knowledgeable about our business, and why people love our company
- Work closely with our team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
- Create an exceptional candidate experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Required Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in sourcing using social media, labor networks and other channels for talent within the manufacturing segment
- Experience with UKGPro (Ultimate) Recruitment and Onboarding a plus.
- Expert communicator and multi-tasker
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates
- Develop creative strategies to infuse pipelines with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial. Superior organization skills, integrity and follow-through on tasks.
- High level of curiosity. Innovative, creative mindset and constantly looking for ways to improve
