The Role:
The Director will lead DMPK and PK/PD strategies across biologic and small-molecule programs, supporting candidate selection and early clinical development through quantitative and translational approaches. This role partners with cross-functional teams to guide pharmacokinetic strategy, dose projection, and regulatory planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DMPK and PK/PD activities across development programs
- Design and interpret pharmacokinetic and translational studies
- Support dose selection and early clinical study planning through modeling and simulation
- Contribute to regulatory documents and development strategies
- Manage external partners and collaborate across scientific teams
Job Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- ~10 years of industry experience in DMPK and drug development
- Expertise in PK/PD modeling and simulation tools (e.g., NONMEM, Monolix, R, WinNonlin)
- Experience supporting biologics and/or small-molecule programs
- Strong scientific communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
