Overview: Our client, an established commercial property management company, recently acquired a mixed-use (office and retail) high-rise in Downtown Denver and is seeking a Property Administrator and Tenant Experience Coordinator to join their team. This individual must be a people-oriented professional who enjoys engaging with the building community and demonstrates strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills, along with creativity and attention to detail. This is a 100% in-office position located in Downtown Denver (free parking included).

Job Duties:
Administrative & Office Operations
- Welcome visitors to the management office and respond to inquiries in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Monitor and order office supplies and coordinate maintenance or repair of office equipment
- Maintain tenant certificates of insurance, contracts, and other property documentation in accordance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Property Manager, General Manager, and Chief Engineer as needed
Accounting & Financial Support
- Process property invoices in Nexus, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment
- Track and bill tenant work orders and prepare miscellaneous charge statements
- Follow up with tenants regarding unpaid rent or outstanding balances
- Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting related to property operations and events
Tenant Relations & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and the Property Management team, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular tenant check-ins and assist with organizing annual tenant meetings to gather feedback and strengthen relationships
- Maintain tenant contact lists, welcome packages, and tenant handbooks
- Support community outreach programs, tenant recognition initiatives, and wellness partnerships to enhance tenant engagement
Event Planning & Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant events, including concept development, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media posts using Canva and Mailchimp
- Manage property communication tools, including updates to the property website, Angus portal, and event calendars
- Develop and maintain marketing materials such as amenity guides, tenant discount programs, and newsletters
- Track event attendance and feedback to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required
- 1 + years of experience in property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with property management systems such as Angus and Nexus (strongly preferred)
- Experience with social media marketing and tools like Mailchimp and Canva
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
