Company/Position Overview: Our client, a linen service provider to hospitals along the Front Range and Southern Wyoming, is interviewing immediately for a temp-to-hire HR Assistant to support the Director of Human Resources. This is a great entry-level HR role for someone looking to start their HR career!
Job Duties:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks within the HR department
- Maintain employee files and ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Enter and update employee data in HR systems
- Answer basic HR-related questions and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation logistics
- Assist with payroll data collection and benefits documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Some experience in human resources is helpful
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus
