$14 - $18/hour

Job Summary:

Our client in Danville, AR is hiring for the Sorter & Thread Protector position. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy steady, hands-on work in a production setting. The job primarily involves sitting and performing repetitive tasks such as placing mesh thread protectors on bolts and sorting parts. While most of the work is seated, you must be able to occasionally move and lift boxes of parts. Job Responsibilities:

Apply mesh thread protectors to the threads of bolts to prepare parts for shipment or further processing.
Sort parts by size, type, or quality while seated at a workstation.
Inspect parts visually for any damage or defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Occasionally lift and move boxes of parts or supplies.
Meet daily production and quality goals set by the supervisor.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while seated for extended periods.
Basic physical ability to lift or move boxes as needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Prior experience in manufacturing or light industrial work is helpful but not required.
Willingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime if needed.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
