We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team and help support our clients and employees with staffing needs. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and managing temporary employees while also maintaining strong relationships with our client companies. You must be fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Recruit and hire temporary employees through job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
Complete onboarding and ensure all paperwork meets company, state, and federal requirements.
Serve as the link between clients and employees to ensure assignments are completed effectively and any issues are resolved quickly.
Maintain regular communication with clients to take job orders, provide staffing updates, and help resolve any concerns.
Coach, counsel, and manage temporary employees, including handling performance issues and terminations as needed.
Support our clients by visiting job sites, conducting safety assessments, and managing workplace injury processes.
Maintain employee and customer records in our staffing system and ensure data is accurate and up to date.
Respond to unemployment claims, gather documentation, and attend hearings when necessary.
Collect and verify timesheets and coordinate payroll information.
Attend networking events and meetings to promote services and grow business relationships.
