Title: Recruiter - Temp/Temp to Hire Employees

Description
Recruiters are responsible for all aspects of recruiting. The recruiter will be able to write job descriptions and post them to various job boards. The recruiter will also monitor the cost of recruiting. Recruiters will also learn all the necessary technologies needed to recruit.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop a constant pipeline of applicants for areas/jobs in which they are assigned to recruit.
- Create and post jobs in internal system.
- Post jobs on job boards such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Talroo, Google Jobs, etc.
- Conduct phone screens of candidates and bring in qualified ones for interviews.
- Understand the applicant base for each job or location in which they are assigned to recruit.
- Communication with Sales/Account Managers
- Share candidate information and resumes as required.
- Provide updates as needed on current assigned employees
- Job board maintenance
- Daily open/close of jobs in internal system and various job boards as needed.
- Weekly job board planning (open / close) based on client hiring needs
- Structuring interview questions and company specific interviews
- Develop interview questions – general and specific to a client’s situation as needed.
- Log candidate responses and other interview information into internal system.
- Hiring, onboarding, and managing employees.
- Manage the required onboarding process (paperwork, drug tests, start dates, other items) with each employee.
- Coach employees as needed who may have problems with the job, dealing with attendance issues, or other considerations.
- Dismiss / re-assign employees as needed (performance issues, attendance, etc.)
- Learning new technologies that will speed up recruitment.
- Use of AI Recruiting and Chat Bots.
- Mass texting, phone broadcast, mass emailing.
- Follow a recruitment plan that will support required and proactive placements.
- Expected to be able to recruit and enroll a minimum of 50 qualified applicants per week.
Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Reporting Skills.
- Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detailed oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to phone screen and interview applicants.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
Working conditions
This job is sedentary in its nature. Most of your time will be spent sitting at a desk within an office. The is a standard Monday – Friday position, with occasional evening and weekend hours expected during peak hiring periods.
