Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity!

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Monday - Friday

(Must be available to work overtime when needed)

Pay Rate: $18.00

Get paid every Friday!

Qualified Candidate Responsibilities

Must have DOT card not expired and experience as Box Truck Driver
You will start as a driver helper and will be trained to be a driver
Transport finished goods and raw materials to job sites
Able to load and unload on the truck (construction material – Heavy lifting)
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report defects, accidents, or violations

Requirements

DOT medical card on hand (Required) NOT EXPIRED
Clean MVR
Ability to maintain a driving record which meets federal, state and company standards is required
Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
No recent moving or driving violations
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
Valid Driver’s License (Class "C')
