Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience as a QC Lab Technician working in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environments, be familiar with basic power tools, and follow detailed instructions for the production of concrete products.
Test fresh concrete for slump/slump flow, air content, unit weight, and temperature.
Cast concrete cylinders for compression strength testing.
Conduct compression testing on previously cast concrete cylinders.
Observe concrete pours throughout the day and report inconsistencies to the lab supervisor and the Batch Plant supervisor.
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to read a tape measure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team; willingness to be flexible as needed
Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance
ACI Field Technician Level I certification preferred
