Key Requirements:

Overseeing vessel discharge operation involving bagged cement at a busy port terminal, hatch operations, directs cargo flow, and ensures safe, efficient coordination between crane operations, forklifts, and trucking teams.
Supervise hatch discharge operations during vessel offloading
Coordinate crane drops and forklift movement of bagged cement
Ensure safe handling and stacking of cargo on dock or warehouse
Direct workflow between ground crew and equipment operators
Maintain compliance with port safety and TWIC requirements
Prior hatch foreman or port operations experience required
Experience handling bagged commodities strongly preferred
Valid TWIC card required
Strong leadership and communication skills
