Assembly Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead production teams during your shift to meet daily output and quality goals
- Monitor processes, machine parameters, and production flow to ensure consistency
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to materials, equipment, or production quality
- Track production data, maintain documentation, and support quality standards (ISO/TS systems)
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure schedules and processes are followed correctly
- Promote safety, organization, and 5S practices across the production floor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production lead/supervisory role required
- Strong understanding of quality standards, process control, or SPC (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support team performance
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and ability to handle reporting/documentation
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Schedule:
- Week 1: Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Mon, Thu, Fri
- AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- PM Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate:
- $22/Hour
