We're seeking a Business Analyst who will play a critical role in defining requirements, managing priorities, and supporting mobile platform operations.
This role blends the traditional responsibilities of a Business Analyst with the ownership mindset of a Product Owner — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analysis, collaboration, and hands-on execution. You’ll focus on our mobile platforms (iOS and Android), coordinating feature delivery and supporting day-to-day mobile operations, including branded app launches and asset coordination.
You’ll be part of the product management organization and work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Operations, and external partners.
This is what you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for all mobile platform initiatives (iOS and Android)
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to support mobile app launches, asset readiness, and issue resolution
- Lead grooming sessions and partner with Product Managers to prioritize the mobile app backlog
- Serve as a liaison between developers, QA, design, operations, and external clients for mobile-related work
- Track and coordinate app store submissions, updates, and branded variant launches
- Work with QA to validate functionality and support defect triage specific to mobile platforms
- Create mobile-specific process documentation and training resources
- Support product demos, internal trainings, and communication of new mobile features
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment between delivery and mobile platform strategy
This is what you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software environment
- Prior experience working on mobile apps or mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Solid understanding of app store submission processes, platform constraints, and common mobile app workflows
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, including writing clear and actionable user stories
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and operations
- Ability to manage operational details while also thinking strategically
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern tracking tools (e.g., Jira, VSTS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; product or technical certifications a plus
