We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Assistant Manager (Supplier Process) for our client, a manufacturing company located in Yonkers, NY. This is a direct hire, permanent position.   Hours: 8:30-5:30.  Salary: $85-123K DOE       
  
Position Summary: As a Supplier Process Assistant Manager, you are highly organized and detail-oriented. The roll primarily involves hands-on coordination tasks. You are responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations by supporting the department head.
 
 
Job Description:
  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional internal team
  2. Promoting countermeasures for shortage parts
  3. Promoting and establishing improvement activities for prompt Goods Receipt, warehouse management etc. for enhancement for SCM Process
Qualifications/Requirements:
  1. Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management and process improvement
  2. Preferred experience or knowledge in IT-related field
Travel Requirement:
  1. Must be willing and able to business travel frequently both domestically and internationally
Skills:
  1. Logistics and/or supplier management skills
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong Organization and Communication skills
  4. Data and analysis skills
  5. Attention to details and accuracy
Work Experience:
  1. Over 3 years of experience in SCM-related work
  2. Experience in procurement and/or logistics management
