Summary of the Role:
This position supports manufacturing operations by moving materials, packing products, and operating production lines as needed. Candidates must be handy, comfortable using woodworking tools, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the quality and accuracy of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Move materials throughout the facility to designated work areas.
- Pack finished products into boxes with care and accuracy.
- Operate production equipment as assigned.
- Assist with general duties and organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Dependable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Starting at $14.50 per hour
