Consumer Solutions Representative
Location: Warrensburg, MO – Temporary to Hire – $15/hr – Mon-Fri 8A-5P
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Consumer Solutions Representative to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or fax, addressing product and service-related inquiries.
Open new customer accounts and enter data into the system accurately.
Process and confirm customer orders, including cancellations and changes due to inventory fluctuations.
Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in their decision-making.
Check on shipments, confirm pricing, and track order statuses.
Coordinate returns and warranty claims, ensuring customers receive timely resolutions.
Address and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions and following up as necessary.
Maintain professional relationships with dealers and customers, updating information as needed.
Perform off-season work such as updating manuals, websites, and customer accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer service databases.
Good attendance and reliability.
