What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager:
- Drive Growth: Sell Penmac’s services by introducing our staffing solutions through skill marketing, client visits, customer presentations, and sales calls.
- Lead with Passion: Utilize your customer service skills, persuasive communication, and business acumen to win over clients and generate business.
- Market Talent: Skill-market top candidates to clients, highlighting Penmac’s value and working toward ambitious sales goals.
- Lead a Team: Hire, place, and supervise a team of employees, ensuring client satisfaction while keeping our office running smoothly.
- Thrive on Challenges: You’ll embrace the excitement of cold calling and closing deals, working closely with a collaborative and supportive team.
What You’ll Bring as a Branch Manager:

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 3+ years of B2B sales or professional services experience.
- A passion for both sales and client service, with the ability to juggle sales, service, and operations.
- A knack for building connections at every level within organizations, backed by strong cold-calling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
