Traffic Control Flaggers - Road Construction

Penmac Staffing is looking for Traffic Control Flaggers! The Flagger is responsible for safely guiding traffic through construction zones. This is a Seasonal, Part-Time, On-Call position.

Job Duties:

• Standing for long periods of time, while holding a double-sided, stop/slow sign to direct the flow of traffic

• Using two-way radios to communicate with fellow workers about traffic conditions, in order to safely signal to vehicles when to stop or proceed slowly

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for up to 10-12+ hours/day while holding a sign

• Must be able to work outside in the heat and other weather elements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must drive to each work site in personal vehicle)

Pay:

• Pay ranges between $18-$60/hour, depending on job and location
