Position Overview
A warm and active family on the Upper East Side is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Nanny to help care for their five young children, ranging from infancy to early elementary school age.
The family is particularly interested in finding a candidate with a strong educational background who is early in their childcare career and looking to make a meaningful long-term commitment. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a loving household while gaining valuable experience working alongside parents and household staff in a structured environment.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, energetic, highly organized, and passionate about child development. The family hopes to find someone who can commit to the position for a minimum of 2–3 years.

Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for five young children ranging from infancy to school age
• Assist with morning routines, school preparation, and daily schedules
• Support children's developmental, educational, and social growth through age-appropriate activities
• Coordinate playdates, extracurricular activities, and outings
• Assist with bath time, bedtime, and overnight routines
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain organization of children's bedrooms, play areas, clothing, and belongings
• Handle children's laundry, wardrobe organization, and seasonal clothing rotations
• Assist with packing and unpacking for family travel
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding schedules, activities, and developmental milestones
• Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required (Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of childcare experience, either through private families, education, camps, childcare centers, or similar environments
• Recent college graduates with strong childcare experience are encouraged to apply
• Genuine interest in child development and early childhood education
• Warm, engaging, and energetic personality
• Ability to manage multiple children and changing schedules
• Comfortable working in a fully staffed household environment
• Flexible schedule with occasional additional hours as needed
• Professional, punctual, and highly reliable
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Valid U.S. work authorization
