A Shift - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:30am-7pm
Pay Rate - $15
We are looking for Die Cutter Operators who have a sharp eye for detail, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to think creatively when solving problems. You will be operating precision die-cutting equipment and ensuring high-quality output. This is a critical role within our 24-hour printing team with strong opportunities for advancement and profit-sharing.
Die Cutter Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate die-cutting machinery safely and efficiently
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers to ensure product accuracy
- Perform visual inspections to detect and correct quality issues
- Collaborate with team members to hit production goals
- Interpret job tickets and perform machine set-up/changeovers
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
- Think proactively and offer solutions for workflow or quality improvements
Die Cutter Operator Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous die-cutting or print finishing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to identify visual defects and take corrective action
- Skilled in using measuring devices and interpreting specifications
- Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing production needs
- Must be able to stand for 11.5 hours per shift and lift up to 30 lbs periodically
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into new roles
- All PPE provided by the company
