Key Personnel is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist for a company in the Tulsa area.

Employee Engagement Specialist Pay Rate: $18-25/hr

Employee Engagement Specialist Hours: 5am – 3pm Monday - Thursday

Employee Engagement Specialist Responsibilities:

Analyze Employee Turnover: Conduct regular analysis of employee turnover rates and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop Retention Strategies: Create and implement effective retention strategies, including employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and career development opportunities.
Conduct Stay Interviews: Perform stay interviews to gather feedback from current employees about their job satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Foster Positive Work Environment: Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee well-being and job satisfaction.
Provide Training and Development: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees and managers on retention best practices and effective communication.
Monitor Employee Satisfaction: Regularly assess employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and address any concerns promptly.
Collaborate with HR and Management: Work closely with HR and management to align retention strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Report on Retention Metrics: Prepare and present reports on retention metrics and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to senior management.

Employee Engagement Specialist Requirements:

Proven experience in employee retention, human resources, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
