United Talent is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company in Charleston WV!

Job Duties:

Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting in residential units and common areas
Replace and maintain HVAC filters to ensure proper system performance
Handle plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
Complete small carpentry projects including door, cabinet, and drywall repairs
Prepare and paint apartments for new tenants, including touch-ups and full unit turns
Assist with general upkeep of apartment grounds and common areas
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations

Pay and Shift: Monday – Friday 8Am -4:30PM, Pay $15.04

Requirements:

Construction experience
Landscaping experience
Painting experience
Reliable Transpiration
