About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Forklift Operator to join our close-knit, team-oriented warehouse. This is a hands-on position where versatility is key—everyone plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials
Handle all shipping and receiving functions, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Stock and organize incoming inventory in designated locations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control as needed
Support general warehouse operations and assist team members where needed

Qualifications:

Previous forklift operating experience required (certification preferred)
Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking, and shipping software
Strong understanding of shipping/receiving procedures and documentation
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs independently and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Steel toe or composite toe boots required
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

Small warehouse setting with a collaborative, team-first culture
Hands-on, active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
