💰 $20.50/hour

About the Opportunity:

Fuze HR is currently seeking an experienced Inventory / Lead Support professional to join one of our valued logistics partners in the Brampton area. This is a hands-on role suited for a motivated individual with strong inventory management and forklift operation experience who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory counts, managing shipments, and supporting multiple warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records.
Receive and verify incoming loads and shipments.
Load and offload inbound and outbound deliveries safely and efficiently.
Provide CSR coverage in their absence (customer service-related documentation and support).
Assist with picking and put-away tasks as required across different warehouse accounts.
Process RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations) in line with company standards.
Support other inventory teams during lighter workload periods.

Requirements:

Valid certification on Order Picker, Reach, and Counterbalance (Electric) forklifts.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse inventory or lead role.
Experience with SAP or a similar warehouse management system.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
PPE required: Steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest, and adherence to all site safety policies.

Additional Information:

This position offers steady, full-time hours with opportunities for overtime.
Please note: A maximum of two weeks of vacation is permitted per company policy.
On-site interview and forklift test required prior to hiring.
