Machine Operator

First Call Staffing is currently hiring for a fast-paced manufacturing environment located on the far east side of Indianapolis. The role involves working with a variety of technical processes. Certain areas of the operation utilize automated machinery and material handling equipment, including lifting up to 70 lbs. Selected candidates will be trained to operate some of these automated systems.

All positions require the ability to consistently lift and move products to and from workstations at a rapid pace. This includes frequent use of hands and fingers, as well as standing for extended periods.

Schedule:

1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

At least 2 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Machine operation
Ability to work in high-temperature environments
Lift 50+ lbs regularly

Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
