QUALITY TEAM LEAD - DAY SHIFT
WASHINGTON INDIANA
THE QUALITY TEAM LEAD POSITION HAS ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAILY SUPPORT IN PREPORATION, PLANNING AND CHECKING ON THE PEOPLE AND PROCESS IN THE QUALITY DEPARTMENT. WILL ACT AS A FILL IN FOR PTO FIRST, BUT THEN WILL FOCUS ON TRAINING, TEAM MEMBER SUPPORT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITY.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Develope an environment of trust that produces a productive training environment and culture for a safe workplace
- Back up trainer, if primary process owners cannot train
- Fill in if there are multiple absences
- Be able to use Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..) to create forms
- Handle day-to-day retraining, and improvement opportunities
EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment a plus
- Previous leadership roles a plus
- Previous quality experience a plus
- Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) basic understanding is required
PAY RATE: $17.00
