Position: Permits Clerk
 Location: Miami Beach, FL
 Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am -4:30pm

Job Description:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Permit Clerk to join our team in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records, performing data entry, retrieving documents as needed, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and file physical and digital records in an organized manner
  2. Perform accurate data entry and record updates
  3. Retrieve documents upon request for staff or external parties
  4. Distribute records and documents as required
  5. Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  6. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies
  7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Fluency in both English and Spanish (oral and written) is required
  3. Previous experience in records management, filing, or administrative support preferred
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer functions
  6. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
