Banquet Server

We are seeking an attentive and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our hospitality team. The Banquet Server is responsible for providing exceptional service during events such as weddings, corporate functions, parties, and other catered events. This includes setting up for events, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve meals and beverages efficiently and accurately, following event timelines.
Clear dishes, glassware, and service items during and after each course.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during events.
Follow safety and sanitation standards in all food and beverage handling.
Assist in event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, and decorations as needed.
Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any special needs to the event coordinator or manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or banquet serving is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
