ComResource is looking for a Program Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading complex software implementation initiatives, specifically focused on Brightree or Bonafide DME solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of large-scale, multi-year projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Lead software implementations of Brightree or Bonafide, covering order intake, order processing, and revenue cycle management.
• Coordinate project teams across offshore and offsite locations.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee vendor relationships and SOWs.
• Track and report on KPIs, budgets, and project health.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and project leads.

Essentials:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project or program management roles.
• Proven experience managing project budgets exceeding $5M.
• Strong financial acumen and experience using MS Project and Project Online/Server.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
• Experience managing software implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Strong ability to lead in a matrixed organization.
• Skilled in risk/issue management, strategic decision-making, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage up to three concurrent projects or multiple project managers.

Desired:

• PMP certification.
• Experience with SBAR (Situation, Background, Analysis, Recommendation).
• Familiarity with Brightree or Bonafide software.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions at the appropriate level.
• Business partnership mindset with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Experience coaching junior-level project managers.
