Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing, building, executing security engineering operations in an Agile environment
- Identifying cybersecurity threats, misconfigurations, vulnerabilities by continuous monitoring and log analysis
- Performing incident triage/handling by determining scope, urgency, and potential impact, identifying specific vulnerabilities, recommending actions for swift remediation, conducting post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
- Partnering with the engineering teams to drive the security mission across the organization
- Developing, implementing, managing DevSecOps focused incident response plans, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and security tools and technologies
- Providing on-call security support as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in security with a focus on cloud security
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with DevSecOps principles, CI/CD, and/or IaC
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization is preferred
- Experience with CSPM, DSPM, SSPM, and/or CNAP
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and SOAR playbooks
- Experience with vulnerability management and threat detection platforms
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash
Compensation:
- $185K - $200K plus RSUs
