Our Automotive Manufacturing partner in Homer, MI needs a Production Technician to add to their team!

3rd Shift 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Friday-Sunday

Starting wage is $21.93/hour

Full-time, temporary to permanent position in Homer.

Essential Duties for the Production Technician:

• Execute and sustain Autonomous Maintenance and 5S programs at the cell/line/work area of operation.

• Report and enforce safety, AM, 5S D.

• Complete and maintain production and quality records.

• Perform and adhere to all called-out quality inspections.

• Ensure correct gauges are available, operational, and used as required, and communicate when they are not.

• Read, understand, and interpret gauges results.

• Understand and interpret basic blueprint reading.

• Comply with safety and environmental standards of line.

Requirements for The Production Technician:

• 1 year manufacturing experience.

• Ability to problem solve basic and frequent technical issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required upon hire in.

• Ability to meet background requirements.
