IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking 2 Maintenance Technicians for a temporary assignment at a housing complex in Columbia. Resume is required to apply.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

Assignments are expected to last until the end of August or September.

Pay: $23/hr

Duties include:

-General maintenance, preventative maintenance, and safety at the properties

- Resident inspections

-Cleanliness and appeal of the property

-Completing work orders

-Preparing units for new occupancy

-Groundskeeping

Requirements:

-Minimum of 6 months of apartment or multi-housing maintenance required. HVAC certification a plus!

-Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
