IMKO and a local Siouxland bank have an opening for a Full Time Customer Service Position.

Hours will be:

Days: Mon – Fri 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM with One Saturday a month

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are, however, not be limited to:

Open new accounts
Resolving account issues
Customer Service - Answering calls and questions about accounts
Maintain Customer and bank confidentiality
Explaining Products
Handle complex request
Relationship building, cross selling bank products
Customer retention
