3rd Shift Forklift

United Talent is immediately hiring 3rd Shift Forklift Operators for Gestamp in South Charleston, WV!

Job Responsibilities: A forklift operator is responsible for operating industrial powered forklift trucks to load and unload material throughout the warehouse. Additional duties required:

Moving merchandized to storage locations
Perform quality checks on inbound goods
Carryout simple maintenance on forklift (recharging battery and refueling)
Identify and report mechanical and electrical faults to supervisor/technician
Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and identifying damages to vehicles

Pay & Shift: 16.50/HR; 11pm – 7:30am

Requirements:

1 year of forklift experience (certification not required)
Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
Stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
No education required
