Customer Service/Inside Sales

United Talent Staffing is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative / Inside Salesperson in the Hiram, GA area!

Job Duties:

Provide top-tier customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Support inside sales functions, including order entry, client communication, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate documentation and internal records
Assist the sales team with administrative support and organization
Learn and apply industry-specific information (on-the-job training provided)

Pay and Shift:

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
