Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity!
1st shift Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
(Available to work weekends and overtime as requested)
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 / Hour BOE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an office environment, is organized, and can handle multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Manage customer emails using Outlook
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Handle invoicing and basic billing tasks
- Maintain filing and general office organization
- Use ERP system (Epicor) for order and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up as needed
- Support general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience required
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, data entry, basic Excel/Word)
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
