Allegiance Staffing is hiring a dependable Janitor for a manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout production areas, restrooms, offices, and common spaces while supporting a safe and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do

Clean and sanitize production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers
Clean and sanitize high-touch areas and production equipment
Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report when supplies are low
Follow all GMP, safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
Support production teams with cleaning and facility upkeep as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus
Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout shift
Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Flexible for overtime or weekend work when needed
