Janitorial Night Supervisor

Job Description

The Janitorial Night Supervisor leads evening and overnight cleaning operations, ensuring all assigned facilities are cleaned according to standards and schedules.

Responsibilities

Supervise night-shift janitorial staff.
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure completion of cleaning schedules and checklists.
Perform quality inspections and corrective actions.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
Track attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.
Maintain inventory and request supplies.
Respond to after-hours client requests and emergencies.
Enforce safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of janitorial or supervisory experience.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
