Pay: $21.63-$26.44/hr.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 
Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm

Position Summary-

A well-established and growing distribution company is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support daily operations. This role focuses on telephone-based customer service, order processing, sales tracking, and customer interaction, while also assisting with counter sales and inventory-related tasks.

Essential Job Duties-

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, including contractors and homeowners
  • Handle inbound sales calls and process customer orders
  • Perform accurate order entry and maintain sales records
  • Communicate market updates and relevant information to assigned customers
  • Provide in-person customer support as needed
  • Assist with inventory, pricing, and product marketing
  • Support counter sales and order fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product information
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely service
  • Maintain showroom organization, including stocking samples and materials

Requirements-

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret basic business documents
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning ability
  • Proficient with computers, including email, spreadsheets, and inventory systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
